Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, return shipping is at your cost, and we cannot accept returned items sent without prior authorisation.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

Check your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your current order and place a new one separately.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take your bank a little longer to show the funds.
