What size are Sole Mates grip socks?
One size fits most! Our socks are made with a soft, stretchy cotton blend that comfortably fits UK sizes 3 to 8 (that’s what we call a flexible friendship).
How do I care for my Sole Mates grip socks?
Treat them with a little love so they last longer:
Cool wash only, no tumble drying and no ironing - they’re low-maintenance like that.
When will my order arrive?
We ship every order within 2 working days via Royal Mail. You can choose between:
- Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1 working day after dispatch
Once it’s on its way, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your Sole Mates’ journey home.
What's your returns policy?
We get it, sometimes it’s just not a match. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the sleeve still attached.
To start a return, just email us at hello@solematesstudio.co.uk and we’ll help you through it.
Please note: return postage is at your cost, and we can’t accept items sent back without authorisation.
Can I exchange my socks?
Sure thing - just return your current pair within 14 days and place a new order for the style or colour you want instead.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! If your Sole Mates show up looking less than perfect, email us at hello@solematesstudio.co.uk right away and we’ll sort it.
